By creating a Bachao account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Service description
Bachao is a personal safety platform. It is not an emergency dispatch service and does not replace police, ambulance, or fire services.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate emergency contact info. Use SOS only for genuine safety needs. Do not submit false reports or harass other users.
Account & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us of any unauthorized access.
Termination
We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bachao is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee detection of every emergency or successful delivery of every alert.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
