Sign-in is disabled. Active incidents are closed. Live tracking links expire.
Within 30 days
Personal data is deleted from production systems. Backups age out per the retention schedule.
Exceptions
Records under legal hold, fraud investigation, or required by law may be retained for the minimum necessary period.
